Sunday

It's Sunday and I've decided to blip a rather traditional scene captured at the Kirk of Kenmore.

It's the second day of the camera club weekend. We've already visited several places in the Pitlochry area today, and spent a couple of hours here in Kenmore on the edge of Loch Tay.

It's been a successful couple of days to the extent that I'm spoilt for images to blip. My choices from Kenmore for instance range from a portrait of the local chimney sweep (who was so keen for me to take his photograph I just had to oblige) to more glorious views of the loch. The Kenmore part of Loch Tay however is very different in character from Loch Tummel which seemed almost deserted by human presence and therefore wonderfully tranquil.

There is a village type buzz here, a well supported church, a pub a post office and boats and canoes either sailing on the loch or tenderly being cared for by their owners on the shoreline, oh, and of course, children feeding wild fowl - quite idylic. All in all, a very relaxed feeling of Sunday.
