Deer stalking

At Dunham Massey Hall. Grounds were free entry but it was £15 each to visit the gardens and the house. Grounds were much more interesting, typical but we have had a very nice day.

French restaurant turned out to be a 30 minute walk from where we were moored so we have it a miss and went Thai instead. It was nice but far too much for me, I only managed half of my Pad Thai and went home feeling fit to burst, in fact I did but luckily I was sat on the toilet at the time. I know, TMI but sharing is caring.

Sitting on deck with a bowl of peanuts, a glass of wine and a good book, The Dry, just started it and I'm brief already.

Nothing but a bowl of soup for dinner tonight, lesson has been learned.
