St. Mary's church. Hitchin - in the rain

A much calmer day for me today. Mrs W did the badminton tournament in Hatfield which left me with the shopping, trip to dump - twice! Knock up some tea and not much else.

The it started raining and got dark.

Now we are one family member down blipping opportunities are somewhat diminished. Now its getting dark in the evenings I think there are going to be more photos of public buildings.

I've done St Mary's before here with a bit of history and here in HDR. This time I wanted to capture something of the wetness of the rain and the dark.

I lit the fountain trees and grass with a torch. Got soaked for my troubles! Processed with Topaz and Fractalius blended.
