Still very quiet here at dads.
I cleaned the house thoroughly this morning, dad want have to do anything once I've gone home.

Went for a drive after lunch, so many nice beaches and open spaces around here.
Went and looked at the small Kauri forest on the outskirts of town .
There are two magnificent 800 year old Kauri trees there. I couldn't get them in the frame of my iPhone!
The rest of the area has dozens of 'younger' Kauri which are so special.
