Just Sophie Laughing

... At her Uncle Chris who was putting on a show of hobbling about on crutches (again) having torn his calf muscle (again, although the other leg) playing badminton last night. He & I spent an hour in the local A&E this morning while he got it checked out; rest and some physio was the order of the day.


After that, I took him back to work, the last day in his current job, then Tess, Sophie & I went for a swim.

Off out to dinner at our friends Tony & Rosie's house tonight so catch up tomorrow.
