Delicious Desserts!

This is our last night in Zermatt. A gala dinner with seven taster courses .... it's no surprise that I couldn't manage them all. The cauliflower strudel was lovely as was the blood orange sorbet. I had to pass on the soup and main course .... had to leave room for dessert!

What you see was only one end of the table ..... flans, mousses, tiramisu. creme caramel filled the rest of the table. The diet will have to start SOON!

Cases to be packed and outside the room for 7am ..... I hate packing!
