Red Arrows Day

A day off so a lazy start. The rain hammered down but obsessive met office checks kept me calm and indeed the clouds cleared as forecast.

Eldest cooked dinner (toad in the hole) and then we headed down into town to see what's on for Falmouth Week. A little underwhelming to be honest - and horrendously busy.

We hid in the Watersports for a pint before heading round to the sea front and bagging ourselves a spot just along from Red 10 - I do enjoy listening to his commentary and the family accept this! As it turned out, we were directly under Red 1 as they initially flew in :-D

A brisk walk to the chip shop for tea and now home after a splendid afternoon/evening.
