Cause it's true, what they say...

The bike has been in the Bike Post for a service and check up. 

Gears are all smooth, brakes aren't squeaking, and the tyres are replaced. 

So back on it, it had to be. 

It was a lovely morning - and I enjoyed it.  I was knackered, but It was lovely to be back in the outside, laughing at the rabbits, Shouting hallo to the Golfers and other cyclists.

I stood in a shower, and cooled down, and then did a full day's work, and then at 1740 went upstairs, got changed and headed back.    And it started to rain about 1 mile in.  It rained for two miles.  I was soaked. 

But i kept going, shouting hallo to the people hiding under trees, and laughing at Rabbits running for the gorse. 

I was so tired when I got home.  But happy that I had given it a go.
