Change of plan

My physio cancelled. No matter. I'd been dong my exercises and I know what I have to continue to do. She's on holiday next week so I should be able to demonstrate even more progress when I see her in a fortnight.

What do you do when people change the plan and it's throwing it down ?

Go shopping.

And I did. I got some great bargains, even if I had to take a super long shoe horn into the changing room.

Back home this solitary poppy was enhanced by the rain.
