Cycling

We hired bikes in Bodmin and cycled to Padstow. It's a mostly flat 12 mile route along the Camel Trail, an old railway line. Lunch was a proper Cornish pasty on the cliffs in Padstow as we are coming back tomorrow by car for lunch at Rick Stein's seafood restaurant. 24 miles is the furthest I've ever cycled and I felt it! Thank goodness the cottage has a hot tub!
