Merrick and the Giant Peanut

I asked the boy..."You want to see a goober?",
and he said..."What? What? What?"
So we stopped at exit 82,
to see the giant pea-nut.

The boy...he wanted to climb again,
so he scaled it stride for stride.
Got to the top, and broke the shell,
and ate the nut inside.
