Verity in the Rain

We took a trip out to Ilfracombe in the forlorn hope that the rain would ease off, it didn't!

Damien Hirst's Verity is quite striking, I can see why she is seen as Marmite, but, I quite liked her.  This was the only angle I could find which didn't involve drizzle blowing onto the lens.  I wouldn't normally photograph a young lady from this viewpoint ... but it was either this or no blip!

Edit, tagged for wide angle Wednesday as I had the zoom at it's widest.
