Cumbrian Coast
Backblip
Day 1 of our black and white workshop at LPH and we took a trip to the coast. We spent the morning photographing the grasses on the sand dunes and in the afternoon we headed a little further south to the groynes. It was low tide while we were there so the beach was well exposed with lots of textures evident in the sand.
I feel a bit of a cheat posting this in black and white because when it was taken we hadn't started to discuss the ins and outs of b&w processing. However, I have been practising since and so thought I would post a b&w version as a main shot. There are a few more colour and black white images in the extras.
