Oleander

The oleander outside the house looked good in the sunshine.  I did not venture any further as the whole day was taken up with meetings.  The two deputy mayors are fully in support of our bell project and feel they can garner plenty of support from the rest of the council and overcome any opposition the mayor might have.  As there will be a sound control system and it will not cost the Commune a penny, I think they are probably right.
