Colourful beetroot

The red and yellow beetroot on the allotment is fully grown now so I decided to roast some.  This is a blip of it before its roasted with garlic and herbs.

An eventful day as the car alternator broke down, fortunately my husband was still outside the house.  I made a quick dash to yoga by bus while he waited for someone to take it to the local garage. Happily its all fixed now.
