Texture of Glass

I have had a lovely meal this evening with a very good friend and her daughter (my goddaughter). For various reasons we have not been able to see each other a great deal in recent months and so it was good to spend some relaxed time together.
We suddenly realised that it's August tomorrow... time has a habit of creeping up on me.... and the Pendley Manor Shakespeare festival is starting on Wednesday. Romeo and Juliet this week to be followed by The Taming of the Shrew after that. There is no such thing as a bad Shakespeare so l must get myself sorted out with tickets tomorrow! Fortunately this festival has covered seating so no sitting out in the rain!
