Work

Today I had to get the car from town, so took the opportunity of paying a longer visit to my parents, and then went into the office to get started on the work which usually occupies me for half of August. Travelling (twice) means I won't have anything like as much time for it this year, and it was tough deciding what of it not to do, since I know that the students benefit from it. Then it was back home where I discovered that, for once, the wasps haven't eaten all the cherries, probably because here were too many to go at! Nothing to do with the martenitsa, I know. Then I unblocked the outdoor waste pipe from the kitchen sink and cleared out a drain. Unglamorous, but it needed doing!
