Saying Goodbyes

One of my best friends from school emigrated to New Zealand about 13 years ago and I've only seen her a handful of times since. Sadly, her husband died unexpectedly earlier this year, so she came over to the UK earlier this month to spend some time with her family. We've been trying to meet up, but only today did we finally make it happen - the day before she flies home!

So, it was hello and goodbye within a few hours. Not sure when I'll see her again!
