Sefton Park

I was up early and put together 2 pieces of IKEA furniture before anyone else awoke, I am sure that was not deliberate on their part...

After a fab Mexican style breakfast at The Tavern in Allerton Road we went for a wander round Sefton Park.  A great expanse of green in the heart of Liverpool, including the Palm House and boating lake and areas of wild flowers.  And the sun shone!!

Nightmare journey home due to roadworks and rain, over 4 hours, rather than just over 2 - aarrgghh.
