I've fallen in love....

......with Fife and Angus!

What a glorious day exploring the shore of the Firth of Tay finding the hidden gem of Balmerino and the ruins of the Abbey. Then over the Tay bridge on to Arbroath were we had an exquisite Arbroath Smokie for our lunch in a seafood Restaurant on the harbour side of which my picture is today.

After a fab ice cream sitting watching the activity in the little harbour we headed for the Cairngorms and the Glen of Clova.

What a treat we had. Superb views very little other traffic and lovely sunny weather. A spectacular experience!

Now back in Glenrothes we are heading for the hotels curry night. Sounds good to me.
