Dentist this morning, who thought my teeth were very good (for my age!) but suggested replacing a couple of fillings, which have probably been there for 40+ years.
Fitness at lunchtime and yoga in the garden this evening.

Léo still being difficult with his food, but when I tried feeding him by hand, he emptied the bowl.
