Creature Comfort

So today Léo needed a subtle addition of chicken before he would eat anything. I wonder who might be the top dog in this house.

Guys back from holiday so an easy 14k at lunchtime, legs sort of better I think,  until the last 5. 

Some boring meetings at the office with the usual enfoirés which I won't talk about anymore.

New album from one of my fav groups The Arcade Fire coming out this w/e I think.
