Lovely day and got some gardening done this morning.
Small numbers at the afternoon group (it's a local holiday) and I didn't need to help with the kids but was able to help with future planning.
Evening run longer than usual (though there was a shorter option 3 took) but it was a fantastic evening for a run and I surprised myself by running it quite fast - though still a lot slower than the rest (who are all younger than me, some about a third my age!).
