made redcurrant and orange jam (recipe courtesy of An1ma) which seems to have worked on first tasting.
Got a bit of gardening done, despite the rain last night (and my watering) the soil is still dry below the surface 1-2cm.
Fresher and cooler today, though still t-shirt and shorts weather.
