Salt water

Today we moved to the island of Korčula. Our new accommodation is in a spectacular location overlooking the mainland and with magnificent views of the channel which seems to be humming with boats and windsurfers. What is less spectacular is the fact that we are a kilometre or more from our nearest shop. In the beating sun and on a narrow road with no pavement and without a car, it's makes travelling difficult and energy-sapping (the buses seem to be few and far between). We are thinking of hiring a car tomorrow to give us more options and the weather forecast indicates that the weather is set to change.
The extra is tonight's sunset, a bonus in the location we are in. Another bonus is that upto now I have still managed to evade the bug...
