A trip to the doctor before work.
Talked about how my thoughts are changing and I can't control them.
Also spoke about how my ankles and feet are really sore. Referred to a telephone system, where I spent 20mins on hold then 15mins talking to a person, answering questions, then sent to an online questionnaire which then leads to an email from nhs24 on how best to treat it.

The light and shadow was like this when I came home tonight.
