Weird rituals

So it may look like Jackson is going to pour water over Cameron's head. Not so. Somehow dinner ended up with the kids doing drinking challenges...

Not that any of them got that far. Though it was 750ml. And water.

And when it was Anna's turn Jackson innovated the pre-drinking ritual to involve a little water on the shoulder.

Which predictably turned into a lot of water all over him. And the floor.

A strange insight into their future. I should point out that it was at their instigation and we got taught this song by a 13 year old. We never quite got to the bottom of which sibling of a friend was the originator.

Still, all frankly hilarious. As was dinner. Not sure anything made sense but it was all very funny.

We then shooed the kids away to play swingball in the garden whilst we taught our friends to play Hearts. A couple of practice rounds whilst we reacquainted ourselves with the rules. Then time for a few suitably brutal rounds before it was time for our friends to leave.
