Same Tulip, Different Day
One of the glories of Spring - beautiful sunshine, at long last, and a plethora of things to blip. Hard choices.
I woke up at 3am and there was a really heavy fog outside, which was a bit weird. But it meant that we had some lovely dewy shots early this morning. I waited, with some trepidation, to see if the dew burnt off before the sun came round to my front garden. But all was serene. And I got some really good images. And in the back garden some rather spiffy flowering cherry shots, back lit by the sun.
But when it came down to choices, it had to be this one, even though this very same tulip got blipped yesterday. The pink is spreading through the petals noticeably. 5 days ago, the edges of the petals were just etched with pink, and now they are quite deeply stained as they age.
