Early trip to Truro with Clare after school drop off. I *might* have begun Christmas in M&S but shhhh - don't tell anyone ;-)

Home to SmellyKittenCat and the cleaner. Overnight SKC managed to poo explosively in the bathroom, poo explosively on the front door mat, be suck on the stairs and do a little farty follow through on Lily's bed ("but it's alright Mum - there's none on me" were Lily's words of consolation...

Luckily though, my fab cleaner has worked her magic and made everything else lovely and nice!

I spent the afternoon on laundry management including ironing - no baking today sadly. Tea was experimental tuna pasta bake and it was declared another success! At the same time as I was doing tea, Ally was doing his homework - design and carry out an experiment to separate salt from seawater. He is holding the product of his labours. He has done it brilliantly well and I hope his teacher will be impressed when he delivers an ice cream tub full of salt he has 'reclaimed'!

Ben has returned home not too late bearing gifts from his Dad - 2 boxes of China that were his Mum's in turn. Which is nice.
