Camouflage

After our rain we did have a short spell of sunshine. I headed to my favourite Nature Reserve, Pipe Hall Farm. This time I could drive to the car park and then walk around it. Pure magic. One crutch and only two short breaks. I'm a bit sore but feeling great.

For today's Big Butterfly Count, there were mainly Meadow Brown butterflies and they were in hiding mode. This female was determined to trick my autofocus but in the end I liked the colours and the mystery.

One Red Admiral and one dragonfly buzzed me but neither were hanging around.
