7 mile run this morning (1hr 10) - very hot and sweaty. then out to the cinema to see despicable me 3 with peggy and her pal kate. we went for tea after at the pier then walked along to see shelagh swanson's lovely anchor at the harbour. they look quite wee out in the open!
