Nuts...

... and bolts. 

The main image was taken on one of the outbuildings at the Great Coxwell Tithe Barn in Oxfordshire - the extra shows the barn itself. 

It's from the 14th Century and seems to be holding up pretty well all things considered ! 

As I was still waiting for the delivery of my new tripod this morning, gatepost was co-opted in instead - rather like the moss on the top.
