glider

went to an airshow at Shuttleworth today. We could walk across the fields from where we were staying which made a pleasant change to the usual driving in and queuing to get out again. Unfortunately it was too windy for the 'edwardians' which are my favourite planes but I did like this old glider which looked rather rickety with just a rudimentary seat underneath. Also took some photos of a man (see extra) working on a 1914 engine called 'Dorothy' ( thats the engine not the man!)
