The Needful

There is no cause for dubiety in these signs on the public toilets at the top of Middle Meadow Walk, especially when they are actually open. Frankly, I think I would prefer to pay for a coffee in a nearby restaurant and use their toilets than risk these less than salubrious ones for free. If I had enough cheek ( pardon the pun) I might even forego the coffee.

It was off into town early to avail ourselves of the M&S meal deal only to find that the early worm does not get the wine until 10am. We waited...... obviously!

It is raining again today, a hopeless, fine, warm rain that drains the very soul from you and fills you with despair. The new sunshade we bought two months ago is rather surplus to requirements this so called summer.
