And then she was ten

Two numbers instead of one. A decade. She came into my world so tiny but oh so perfect, and I was in complete awe of her. I still am.
She is strong willed and very head strong but at the same time manages to be kind and considerate.
She hates any kind of injustice and will stick up for anyone or anything to try and make it right.
She is so much fun and so affectionate and loves her family dearly.
It's not been an easy year for her at school as relationships now seem to be a little more complex but, with support, she is making her way through it.

Today she was the boss (as always on birthdays) so she asked if we could play laser tag! It was just the four of us and we had three games and it was superb! Apparently the place here in Kelowna were renovated a few months ago and they use the same technology as in Vegas! Very switch and very fun.
Her choice for the afternoon was the swimming pool which we were only too happy to oblige!
A brilliant day with lots of great choices.
