Dawlish Warren

Well, I couldn't go a whole week without a golf-related blip!

We spent most of the last day of our holiday on the beach at Dawlish Warren, making sandcastles and paddling. Tess, Chris and I took a walk through the nature reserve to the mouth of the River Exe where you get fine views across the local golf course to the estuary.

Just got back from a very tasty (and huge!) meal in the local pub. Sophie managed to eat a plate of pasta and big dish of ice cream, which made her behave like a drunk, staggering around on the walk home and telling everyone she loved them :). As soon as we got back, she crashed out in her cot.
