Having a dog means that people are a lot more chatty. Poppy met a dog almost as scared of other canines as she is, who's owner said to me "they're both a bit 'early morning'aren't they"?"

I bought a cup of tea for the homeless man sitting with his dog outside greggs. He said he didn't want anything to eat and then showed me a plastic bag full of food from greggs that people had obviously kept buying him for lunch!
I explored a new shop today with Nathan and Emma called Eurasia, which is full of beautiful Indian crafty things. It was basically like the hippy markets in India just 10x more expensive!
Went to yoga alone but actually got more chat than usual from the regulars, although Maureen wasn't there which was a bit disappointing. I looked for Poppy when I got back as she wasn't on her usual spot on the sofa. I found her curled up on my bed , where she stayed even when I clambered in beside her.
