Daisy...

Did some running around today before it started clouding up. More rain predicted, but today I hope it doesn't come, as on the news last night I saw that one of the counties--just a bit south of us--is having terrible flooding! The Fox River runs through the town and the bridges crossing it have been closed to both car and pedestrian traffic because the river is almost over the banks & almost over the bottom of the bridge; a few roads have been washed away already, many other roads are underwater, and there are people who have 6 feet of water in their basements! The newsman said the record for the height of the river was 12.5 feet, but that it's already at 15.5 and they're predicting it will rise to over 16 feet. Difficult times for so many people! 
This is the only picture I took today, so it will have to do! My daisies are finally blooming and make for a nice view out the kitchen window! :))
