Wet, Wet, Wet

Rain all day here. Aaaaagh, not much Wimbledon so apart from some reading and general chillaxing we did a bit of food shopping, some recycling and lots of bird watching.  Bluetits, Chaffinch, a Robin, Collared Doves, slightly unwelcome Magpies and Mr & Mrs Pheasant came to visit today.  The very damp and dejected looking Pheasants are in Extra together with a poor  young Chaffinch with its right foot encased in Scaly leg mites/Bumble Foot.  Some of my bantams used to suffer from this horrid ailment which I was able to treat but sadly I can't do anything for this poor little one.
