Early morning exercises
While on my early morning walk along the beach I met this very fit guy and his young son.
According to dad sets of star jumps, squat thrusts and sit ups on the sand really sets you up for the day and makes you feel great.
I decided to give all of the above a miss and just continue walking on the sand. I did cycle a couple of to church ..... that in itself was more than enough exercise for me today.
