Lake Saadjarve

Today we were south of Tartu at a place called Elva. This was the middle distance event. The terrain was very technical with lots of contour detail masked by the vegetation. Although the courses were shorter lots of short legs with changes in direction made it challenging. This was borne out in the men's relays when a number of the first leg runners made big mistakes on the first leg.

We decided to visit the lake shore not far from where we were staying. This is the view from the Ice Age Museum where we stopped for refreshments. Lots of large erratic boulders littered the shore.

Tomorrow is our last day as we compete and then Tavel back to Riga.
