Long Meg Stone Circle

Horrible weather. Rained non-stop. Walked with out friends along the banks of the river Eden before looping back to Long Meg Stone Circle. View not quite as good as Castlerigg, although the circle is bigger.
Kids had fun trying to count the stones. Legend has it that if you get the same total twice the stones will turn back into witches. Not sure how that's an incentive!
