Evening Off

Jamie went to youth club for the first time in a while so I found myself with an evening off.  A long stroll at Whitlingham, around the meadow and then around the broad.  Too late in the day for butterflies (see extra - garden shot earlier) but a few Damselflies were still in evidence.  A lovely walk in the coolest part of the day, cygnets, geese, a few wildflowers and what looks like being a bumper crop of blackberries also caught my eye.
