Early morning...

Early morning gymnastics led by our lady summerhouse neighbour and trainer Birgit, and her music player. Mostly summerhouse grand mothers attend, together with some grown up children and younger grandchildren. Just a few grand fathers there. Among the few am I. Have to confess the ladies have a far better rhythm and coordination of their steps than I have. However, my healthy goal the next few weeks is to improve my steps. Wish you a nice weekend.
