Lights and Lines

Friends came over for dinner on this very hot day. I'd fretted over how to keep the place reasonable with fans and sprayed water, but it was all perfectly pleasant- both the temperature and the company. Portland weather is so reasonable.
Took a short walk later just so the mister could show me where he'd earlier seen a big plume of smoke go up over Forest Park. No sign of it, but any excuse to keep our little legs moving.
