Double excitement after class tonight....

1. Her eagerly anticipated class jacket arrived today. It's got her name on the back. She loves it.

2. Her teacher had asked me if she could put katie forward for a JA audition. The programme have seen Katie and want her to audition even though she's too young. She probably can't do the classes but the audition opportunity would be great experience for her as she'll have others coming up that she really wants. The invite is reason to be excited and proud.... but I was perhaps more proud of the grace and discretion with which she handled it when she heard her friends being told it's not their time yet.
