Bronze fly

I found this rather handsome fly this afternoon when I was out casing the area for Purple Emperor butterflies, which will sadly have to wait for another day.
I think this fly is Pollenia rudis a cluster fly found commonly in Britain. But, common or not I do think it is rather attractive.
