An Empty Beach

It was rather blustery by the sea today and the life guard was about the only person on the beach - not a day for swimming in the sea although there were a couple of kite surfers.

I'm rather achy after yesterday and my achilles tendon is a little swollen, but it's tolerable and I'm still glad I took part.  It'll be an early night tonight - it's only 7.45pm and I've already nodded off!

If I don't get round to catching up with you tonight, I will do tomorrow, hope you've had a good start to the week.
