Nobles...

A lovely lazy day with Iain.

Brunch at the newly opened Quay Commons, which was pretty good. The sourdough and Danish pastry were very good. My only complaint was that the avocado was hard (first world problems - couldn't mash it into my toast) and there was a really annoying family sitting nearby....by the time we left, we were considering gagging the loud and overbearing mother. By all accounts, the holiday they are all taking soon sounds like it's going to be a living hell.

A look round Waterstones, a wee seat at Teuchter's for a couple of drinks, some delicious Kenyan bajis from Leith Market and then a stop at Nobles for another drink. Or two. And then we ended up in The Port o Leith.

Home for dinner and a film.
