Practice Shot

I took a practice shot before most of my favorite riders came by so I could get the settings right. This was my first (and only) practice shot, and it came out quite well. Every other picture I took was blurry and crap. Maybe it had something to do with the fact that I was cheering as I was trying to track the riders with the camera....

It was a great day watching the Denver TT. I got to watch Big George's last day racing ever. I saw Christian VdV go flying by as he chased first place. I watched Levi grimacing in pain as he tore down the road trying to stay in the lead on the final stage. Then, thanks to the power of modern technology, we watched the finish line and the final times on the phone to see Christian take first! Nobody thought he could leapfrog into first, it was great to see him finally win something big! And at home too!
